New Term... New Beginnings

Updated: Feb 20, 2018

The summer holidays are now behind us and we have now started a new term. A big welcome to all of our new students joining our dance school and welcome back to all of our existing students!!

Both our Junior and Senior Elite team are well under way with their new group routines, and we are very excited to perform these at upcoming events and festivals. Our soloists are continuing to work hard with some amazing new routines being choreographed.

We've had an eventful year so far, In March the dance school was chosen out of thousands of applicants to perform and take part in the first Capezio Dance Championships at the ExCel in London for the biggest dance event in the UK 'Move It'. March also saw all of our students perform in the Jordan Ayers School of Dance Show 'Freedom' at the Norwich Playhouse Theatre. A Massive well done for all the time and hard work put in by the students and the support from their parents and families which showcased our dancers skills and talents, from our toddlers to our senior dancers. The next show is scheduled for June 2018 at Norwich Playhouse and the students are working hard to perform another spectacular show!

April was another busy month, with some amazing results at Cromer Dance Festival , a big well done to all our solo and group performances! Our senior and junior elite teams combined to perform an explosive and highly energetic routine at 'Can You Dance?' held at the University of East Anglia (UEA), again we are so proud of the hard work and performance on the day, it was definitely one to remember!

In May students that qualified at previous dance festivals competed in the Regional All Englands Dance Finals held in Stevenage. To qualify and compete at these finals is such an amazing achievement. Lots of high scores and distinctions with special commendations were awarded to our dancers.

We had many other local events where the students had performed and again, we would like to acknowledge all of the hard work that was put in and that we are so very proud of all of our students.... Here is to another amazing year!!
